Our planners and related downloads are digital products unless a listing clearly states otherwise. After a digital file has been delivered, it may not be possible to return it in the same way as a physical item. Where the law allows, completed digital deliveries may therefore be ineligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Please contact us if you were charged incorrectly, received the wrong file, cannot access a purchased download, or believe a file is damaged or materially different from its description. We will review the order and, where appropriate, help resolve the issue by providing access, a replacement file, or a refund in accordance with applicable law.
